Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously to facilitate smooth order pickup
- ensure accuracy and completeness of all to-go orders before handing them off to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area to uphold health and safety standards
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate order preparation and pickup times
- assist guests with menu questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members
- handle transactions and ensure proper payment processing for to-go orders
