Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Pack food and beverages in appropriate containers to ensure orders are complete and transportable
- Carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and transaction management
- Thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
