Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to undergo identity verification through E-Verify
- commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask under pressure
- enthusiasm for coffee culture and positive work environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests like they are close friends
- prepare coffee, mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and accurately
- suggest food pairings like muffins
- maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- operate the headset efficiently to manage orders
- keep the customer line moving smoothly
- deliver joyful and friendly service throughout the shift
