- ability to lift 50 lbs
- flexible to work various shifts including mornings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests like their best friends who need caffeine
- prepare mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and accurately
- suggest complementary pastries to customers
- maintain a clean and well-stocked work station
- manage orders efficiently using headset communication
- keep the customer line flowing smoothly
- deliver friendly and joyful service throughout the shift
