Job Duties
- Greet guests like they are best friends who really need caffeine
- Prepare mochas, lattes, and smoothies quickly and with accuracy
- Suggest complementary food items to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stand
- Operate headset communication to keep the service line flowing smoothly
- Deliver joyful and friendly service throughout the entire shift
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment
