Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • availability to work flexible or seasonal hours

Job Duties

  • Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting and assisting with inquiries
  • assist with wrapping and packaging at the point of sale
  • support the sales team with hanging and returning merchandise
  • retrieve stock and prepare stockroom physically
  • organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor
  • maintain selling floor merchandise standards and ensure supplies are stocked
  • support client service and after sales areas including logging repairs and contacting clients
  • answer phones promptly and professionally
