Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- willingness to work in a senior living community
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from work
- a servant-hearted attitude and passion for hospitality
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required as training is available
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments and patios or decks
- clean common areas throughout the community
- maintain resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- ensure proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- share in making the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
