Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Country Living editorial team to understand the vision and goals for the fair
  • Manage vendor logistics including booth assignments contracts and communication
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of the fair ensuring a smooth process
  • Coordinate with the fairgrounds team to address any site-related issues or requirements
  • Help develop and implement a comprehensive event schedule including speaker sessions and demonstrations
  • Handle on-site event management ensuring a positive experience for attendees and vendors
  • Address any last-minute changes or challenges with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Collect and analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with post-event reporting and provide recommendations for future fairs
