Job Requirements
- Must be able to work temporary part-time hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive motions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to operate dishwashing machinery
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishroom or food service environment is an asset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to sanitation protocols
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor the dish machine before, during, and after mealtimes ensuring proper washing and sanitation of dishes, flatware, and cookware
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and related equipment
- Assist in training and providing feedback to part-time staff
- Support recycling program by sorting materials and ensuring procedures are followed
- Restock service and production areas with clean equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean uniform, practice proper sanitation and safe work habits
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Perform related duties as assigned
