Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and smaller amounts frequently
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform frequent pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, bending, and stooping
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to safely use cleaning and sanitizing solutions while wearing gloves
Job Qualifications

- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Ability to learn proper use of cleaning chemicals and products

- Availability to work rotating shifts, including regular evening and weekend assignments
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor the dish machine before, during, and after mealtimes, ensuring proper washing and sanitation of dishes, flatware, and cookware
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and related equipment
- Assist in training and providing feedback to part-time staff
- Support recycling program by sorting materials and ensuring procedures are followed
- Restock service and production areas with clean equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean uniform, practice proper sanitation and safe work habits
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Perform related duties as assigned
