Job Requirements
- associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- availability to work 2pm to 10:30pm shift
- willingness to work in wet, humid, noisy, and potentially hazardous environments

Job Duties
- supervising cleaning staff and coordinating daily activities
- interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- planning and preparing employee work schedules
- inspecting work to ensure compliance with standards
- addressing complaints and resolving issues related to service and equipment
- evaluating facility conditions to determine cleaning requirements
- coordinating with other departments for timely service delivery
- maintaining and checking cleaning equipment
- instructing staff on policies, procedures, and equipment use
- performing cleaning duties as needed
