Job Duties
- Perform teller paying and receiving functions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders and cash advances
- Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
- Establish and build member relationships by identifying needs and educating about products and services
- Cross-sell credit union services enthusiastically
- Open and close accounts, renew certificates and assist with account maintenance
- Resolve complex member transactions independently as a certified teller
- Help members via phone, mail, text, email, video and self-service channels
- Promote and serve as a digital services expert in the branch
- Perform clerical functions and assist other service representatives
- Serve members promptly and professionally
