Job Duties
- Process debit and credit transactions accurately in compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record
- Identify and address clients' needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, account maintenance, issuing and activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments
- Resolve client problems personally or through referral to appropriate branch or bank resources
- Identify and maximize cross-selling banking opportunities by exploring client needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
