Job Requirements
- Ability to be on feet for long periods

- Prior experience in kitchen preferred
- Willingness to work early morning shifts as early as 4 am
- Completion of Bruegger's Training and Certification Program
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Provide quick efficient service to guests under supervision
- Handle cash transactions with basic math and register skills
- Produce the freshest and highest quality product to guests
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by cleaning bakery, slicing bagels, and operating bakery equipment
- Identify and correct safety hazards to prevent accidents
- Support and follow marketing programs and suggestively sell promotional items
- Complete applicable paperwork
- For shift supervisors: properly open and close the bakery
- maintain floor control during shifts
