Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, instructions, and manuals
- effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- basic mathematical ability
- ability to operate cash registers
- ability to stock, display, and rotate merchandise
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 55 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and occasional climbing
- availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals

- ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides
- knowledge of basic cash handling procedures

- ability to stock and display merchandise

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations
- possess product knowledge and use selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
- maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment
- assist in merchandising the store attractively and retain customer excitement
- rotate product to create eye-catching displays to drive sales
- complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities
- condense and reset displayed merchandise and conduct daily recovery
- follow company policies and procedures
- operate cash registers and scanners to process transactions
- assist customers at self-checkout terminals
- unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise as per company guidelines
- clean the store including trash removal, dusting, mopping, cleaning restrooms and receiving areas
- help set up sidewalk displays
