Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required by the role
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
