- must be authorized to work in the US
- must have a valid driver's license
- able to see, hear, and speak audibly and verbally
- able to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop and kneel
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to use a computer for extended periods
- able to travel for business purposes
- able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to report to work free from sedatives and disclose any pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance
