Job Requirements

- previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

Job Duties
- manage and develop people to uphold quality and operational standards
- onboard new hires and ensure complete acclimation
- lead by example and educate team members
- identify and develop high potential baristas into future leaders
- ensure existing and new operational standards are executed correctly
- assist in training teams on new menu and operational rollouts
- maintain compliance with Department of Health regulations
- check quality standards including taste, FIFO rotation, and visual appeal
- keep stores clean, organized, and well merchandised
- lead teams in delivering 5-star service and a guest-first mentality
- coach teams in managing customer concerns and issues
- build strong customer relationships and collect contact information for marketing
- manage online reviews and feedback professionally
- proactively maintain and service store equipment and facilities
- hold monthly meetings for deep cleaning tasks
- respond swiftly to major facility issues
- ensure labor law compliance and communicate changes
- manage employee relations through regular conversations
- support disciplinary actions as needed with documentation
- closely manage sales, labor, and cost of goods sold
- build efficient schedules using sales data
- reconcile payroll accurately
- handle cash management duties
- monitor inventory and waste levels
- ensure accurate monthly inventory counts
- work hands-on with teams to drive revenue and profitability
- maintain flexible scheduling including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- communicate regularly with leadership about store performance
