Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and menu item components daily to maximize efficiency and assist co-workers with other required prep duties when needed
- assemble the taco orders making sure that each order is prepared exactly as it was designed and in a timely manner
- maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction
- ensure the workstation is always clean and organized
- constantly monitor and maintain food temperature pursuant to Station Temp Log, before, during and after service
- follow the direction of the chefs, always striving to exceed expectations
