Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
  • Ability to read speak and write in English
  • Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Maintain current health card as per local state requirements
  • Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
  • Ability to read speak and write in English
  • Must have passed SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Identify train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals
  • Strive to create world-class operations including exceptional customer service and excellent food quality
  • Maintain strong financial results through effective cost management and maximizing profitability
  • Make sound and effective decisions while serving as a liaison between upper management and the team
  • Conduct ongoing training workshops and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous learning
  • Actively reinforce company culture and values through recognition and promoting inclusivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and local regulations
