Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
- Ability to read speak and write in English
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Maintain current health card as per local state requirements
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Clear criminal background check
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability
- Ability to read speak and write in English
- Must have passed SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage financial performance and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Identify train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals
- Strive to create world-class operations including exceptional customer service and excellent food quality
- Maintain strong financial results through effective cost management and maximizing profitability
- Make sound and effective decisions while serving as a liaison between upper management and the team
- Conduct ongoing training workshops and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous learning
- Actively reinforce company culture and values through recognition and promoting inclusivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and local regulations
