Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a sushi cook
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to communicate and read in English
- Must have own kitchen tools such as chef's knives, paring knife, and peeler
- Knowledge of how to use commercial kitchen equipment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Frequent standing and walking for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Use precise knife skills to slice and portion raw fish and other sushi ingredients
- Maintain an organized and efficient sushi station, working with kitchen team members to manage workflow
- Manage inventory for sushi ingredients, ensuring that supplies are stocked, rotated, and maintained
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the sushi work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist in training new sushi cooks as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of sushi dishes
