Job Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of culinary experience

Job Duties
- Prep all ingredients and food products to fulfill prep lists, par levels, and recipe standards
- utilize various prep and cooking methods to ensure the quick, precise creation of menu items in accordance with JOEY recipes, including washing, chopping, cutting, grilling, roasting, sautéing, frying
- coordinate with other stations as needed
- maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner
- clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, cooler drawers, ovens, prep and dry storage areas
- complete assigned side work and closing duties to set the team up for success, including stocking, cleaning, and organizing line stations
- follow all instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds, reporting problems and maintenance issues to leadership immediately
- follow all food service and handling safety precautions and procedures
