Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes
  • Handle seafood safely and hygienically
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sushi station
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
  • Work efficiently during busy service hours
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Follow company policies and quality guidelines

Requirements:

  • Verifiable Sushi Chef experience
  • Immediate availability
