Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes
- Handle seafood safely and hygienically
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sushi station
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Follow company policies and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Verifiable Sushi Chef experience
- Immediate availability
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Responsible, organized, and quality-focused
