- 3+ years of experience in upscale sushi preparation and high-volume operations

Job Duties
- Craft exceptional sushi with attention to detail, flavor, and aesthetics
- lead the sushi station's setup, breakdown, and daily operations ensuring a seamless guest experience
- champion food safety by following HACCP guidelines and proper handling, storage, and sanitation
- inspire and mentor team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism
- collaborate with leadership including the Executive Chef to manage staff and implement company policies
- stay current with culinary trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance sushi offerings and dining experience
