Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time
  • Willingness to work on-site in Tempe, AZ
  • Availability to work dinner shifts starting between 3 to 4 pm
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
  • Must comply with food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise in food preparation and culinary skills
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Knowledge and experience in cooking and creating various sushi dishes
  • Proficiency in handling and preparing seafood

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality sushi dishes including rolls, composed dishes, and sashimi
  • Handle and prepare seafood to maintain freshness and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
  • Follow all food safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and culinary excellence
  • Present food consistently to a high standard
  • Assist in inventory management and sourcing fresh ingredients
