  • Sushi roll production
  • special menu item orders
  • nigiri and sashimi preparation
  • adheres to high customer service standards and food quality standards
  • maintains excellent knowledge about menu items and ingredients
  • prepares unique, creative Japanese fusion as well as traditional Japanese cuisine
  • ensures orders are complete and food looks appealing before serving
  • resolves complaints regarding food or service
  • other duties as requested by manager
