Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout indoor and outdoor operational areas for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions
- Ability to maintain a high level of guest interaction throughout shifts
- Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, guest service, resort, recreation, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and guest first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast paced environments
- Professional appearance and strong attention to guest experience
- Comfortable working outdoors and in active hospitality environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments

Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and help create a positive and elevated first impression
- Support guest check in, reservations, waivers, and arrival coordination
- Assist guests with questions, directions, session information, and overall hospitality needs
- Help prepare guests for their surf session experience and operational flow
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest ready check in and arrival areas
- Communicate professionally with guests, surf operations, and leadership teams
- Assist with operational setup, organization, and guest readiness throughout shifts
- Help maintain safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards across guest facing areas
