Job Duties
- Confers with managers and supervisors of service, construction and special projects regarding scheduling and equipment orders
- keeps open communication with applicable supervisors, contractors and store operations personnel prior to and throughout entire projects
- receives and validates all required paperwork for various job projects are completed appropriately
- writes up paperwork as needed for all jobs leaving the warehouse
- maintains personal contact with buyers to discuss availability of equipment
- corresponds with the buyers and applicable supervisors to resolve any problems in shipping or availability
- schedules and coordinates all deliveries and installation of equipment for all new store’s construction, existing store remodels, and other special projects as needed
- communicate effectively internally and externally to make sound business decisions regarding issues that may arise with scheduling and equipment ordering
- maintains open lines of communication with construction superintendents, maintenance supervisors, operations personnel, and various department managers to meet business needs
- maintains spreadsheets and timelines on projects to help track project management and ensure proper completion
- performs other related duties as assigned
