- three years of experience as a work leader, team lead or project manager or one year of supervisor experience in a related field
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- prepare work schedules and assign personnel
- evaluate work performance and make personnel recommendations
- maintain established departmental policies and procedures
- implement quality assurance programs and safety standards
- prepare required documentation
- check food trays for accuracy, temperature and appearance
- direct loading, delivery and pickup of food carts on schedule
- coordinate main kitchen production for patient services
- prepare all tube feedings for the facility
- direct maintenance of departmental facilities, equipment, supplies and materials
