Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient English language to communicate verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and co-workers
- Flexibility to work varied days and shifts including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work flexible days and shifts including weekends and holidays
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner
- Communicating with Maintenance and Front Desk regarding maintenance needs and room status
- Performing daily quality checks of rooms
- Keeping Front Desk agents and room matrix updated on room status
- Ordering supplies for housekeeping, laundry, and room amenities
- Ensuring all public areas of the lodge are clean and well kept
- Building housekeeping schedules and managing housekeeper needs
- Performing other duties as assigned by leadership
