Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (PMS) systems
  • must pass a pre-employment background check
  • minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day
  • ability to organize and prioritize work while working in a team or group environment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals
  • ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in supervisory role within a hospitality or business environment
  • proficiency with hotel reservation systems and property management software
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of financial transaction processing
  • familiarity with company policies and health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Supervises the Front Desk staff, activities, and operations
  • coordinates activities to process guest accommodations and requests
  • provides customer service and problem resolution within company guidelines and policies
  • monitors financial transactions and processes report
  • ensures effective management of reservation systems and business applications
  • maintains compliance with company health and safety standards
  • oversees training and development of front desk employees
