Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- two years or more supervisory experience
- ability to prioritize and organize work
- strong follow-up, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision
- ability to work independently and as a team member
- ability to manage individual performance and employee relations
- flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
- multitasking and excellent time management skills
- detail oriented with excellent follow-up
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- intermediate electrical, hydraulics, building trades and welding skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- bachelor’s degree preferred in industrial equipment maintenance technologies
- two years or more supervisory experience required
- five years or more supervisory experience preferred
- intermediate electrical knowledge preferred
- intermediate hydraulics knowledge preferred
- intermediate building trades knowledge preferred
- intermediate welding knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Apply corporate oversight of all maintenance programs at all dry facilities including building envelope, grounds, parking lots, and material handling equipment
- identify cost containment or savings opportunities and coordinate with facility managers to implement
- assist in developing and applying material handling equipment maintenance programs
- oversee janitorial duties and food safety ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations
- report on productivity, efficiency, and preventative maintenance performance
- perform other duties as assigned
