Job Requirements

- prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the seating arrangement to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- take guest reservations and maintain accurate waitlists
- communicate promptly and effectively with guests regarding wait times and seating availability
- coordinate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth dining room operations
- monitor guest behavior and respond to special requests or concerns professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/ess station and waiting areas
- support team members with various tasks as needed to enhance overall guest experience
