Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience

- Ability to work outdoors in summer months for at least 4 hours at a time
- Minimum of 6 months reception experience preferred
- Lifeguard certifications within 60 days of hire preferred
Job Duties
- Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool
- Validates member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- Provides wristbands for junior members and guests
- Hands out towels to pool users
- Maintains basic upkeep of pool deck area
- Assists with customer inquiries regarding Life Time products and services
- Ensures a safe and welcoming pool environment
