Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience with customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be available all summer from May 18 to August 14 including holidays
- Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of efficiently communicating with Director and Summer Event Associates
- Professional attire

- Ability to work a flexible summer schedule including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills with Director and team

- Experience with Curry Residence Life and Housing preferred
- Experience with Curry Student Center preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare all room keys based on the Housing Roster
- Walk through all rooms for cleanliness, damage, and setup and report issues
- Attend residential program move-ins and move-outs, manage room keys
- Conduct post-program key inventory
- Perform post-departure building walkthroughs and report issues
- Assist with event setups including tables, chairs, and athletic fields
- Regularly check event venues for cleanliness, setup, IT equipment, and accessibility and report issues
- Deliver water jugs to athletic programs and monitor supply
- Assist with road signage as needed
- Respond promptly to Director of Conference Services
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with guests
- Meet with program staff daily to address concerns
- Handle last-minute requests and maintenance issues
- Serve on-call as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professional protocols
