Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Capable of multitasking under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in high-pressure environments
- Must be able to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the event schedule
- Ability to lift and transport 10-30 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for long periods
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to suites and premium areas promptly and accurately
- Provide attentive, personalized guest service to enhance the premium experience
- Support service staff by clearing and resetting tables, running food, and assisting with guest requests
- Serve beverages including water, soda, beer, wine, and cocktails as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties
- Demonstrate knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the venue to assist guests with inquiries
- Collaborate with fellow associates and service departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Uphold Legends’ service standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
