- capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
- assign and follow up on shift duties
- ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
- coach team members on food preparation and production management
- cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- in absence of the Restaurant Manager, complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts, and cash counts
- guarantee a safe environment by following all government laws and safety codes
- complete reports on incidents following company policy
- partner with the Restaurant Manager to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
