Job Requirements

  • Be able to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
  • able to move, lift, carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds unaided and over 25 pounds with assistance
  • capable of pushing and pulling loaded carts over uneven surfaces

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • fill and transport supply carts
  • enter guest rooms following established procedures

  • make beds and fold terry
  • clean bathrooms
  • remove trash and dirty linens
  • check all room appliances
  • straighten furniture and desk items
  • dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
  • report maintenance problems and safety hazards
  • adhere to company policies and safety procedures
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • maintain confidentiality
  • perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and pushing loaded carts
  • support team goals
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
