Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must hold a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must have a positive attitude
- must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- preference given to candidates 21 years or older
- previous radio or media experience preferred
- interest in radio preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in radio, media, customer service, or event promotion preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- capacity to think on one’s feet and adapt to changing situations
- interest in radio or broadcasting is a plus
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Setting up station events including raising tents, plugging in sound systems, and putting up signage and banners
- managing events while in progress by interacting with listeners, leading games and prize wheels, and speaking on the microphone or PA system
- communicating effectively with listeners, employees, management, and clients at events
- assisting in the execution of various station and company events such as concerts, live broadcasts, and internal events
- maintaining a positive attitude and high energy to enhance event experiences
- adapting to fast-paced environments and taking direction from the Street Team Manager
- performing other duties as assigned
