Job Requirements
- high school diploma required
- flexibility to work at a store within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification in food safety
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely and accurately
- capability to manage difficult situations and conflicts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- hire, train, and manage store associates to build a cohesive team
- implement company policies and standards to maintain quality and safety
- achieve financial goals by monitoring sales, controlling costs, and optimizing resources
- ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
- conduct hands-on store leadership and provide ongoing mentorship and support to staff
- manage inventory and ordering to prevent shortages and waste
