Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or management experience
  • Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record
  • Willingness to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to work full-time with a consistent schedule
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to lead and develop a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Set daily and weekly sales goals related to the store's sales activities
  • Oversee and direct coworkers' sales activities
  • Approve rental agreements
  • Monitor planned sales results measured by revenue and growth
  • Oversee coworker collection activities
  • Follow-up on accounts requiring manager interventions
  • Approve customer commitments
  • Provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with collection procedures
  • Monitor and achieve planned profit results by managing store resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Protect company assets through expense management
  • Oversee and control inventory, product ordering, and pricing
  • Handle cash and store security
  • Resolve problems and complaints quickly
  • Provide effective training and development for all coworkers
  • Schedule and organize daily activities and goals
  • Staff, recruit, and hire for the assigned store
  • Maximize coworker retention and reduce turnover
  • Manage direct coworkers and train for exceptional customer service
