Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with use of stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Maintaining accurate delivery and pickup logs
- Inspecting and maintaining company assets including vehicles
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to navigate metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in delivery driving or customer service preferred but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Ability to maintain records and logs of deliveries and pickups
- Attention to safety and vehicle maintenance
- Physical agility to lift up to 60 lbs and reach high shelves
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with the customers delivered to
- Maintaining store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Performing other duties as needed
