Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns correctly
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting and protecting company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings and people
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Picks up parts from vendors and ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
- Other duties as needed
