Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder when necessary
- stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns appropriately
- maintain distribution logs
- inspect and protect company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- ability to drive throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver's license

- ability to maintain a delivery log or tracking system
- experience driving safely in metropolitan areas using maps and directions
- ability to work independently and engage with customers face to face
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
- consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador while interacting with customers
- building long-term customer relationships
- maintaining the delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as tire pressure checks
- performing other duties as needed
