Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Agility to bend and reach shelves up to eight feet using stools or ladders
- Stamina to stand and walk during entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Able to handle cash and part returns accurately
- Experience using distribution logs or tracking systems
- Commitment to inspecting and maintaining company assets
- Clear spoken communication and attentive listening
- Driving within metropolitan areas
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver's License

- Experience in safely driving delivery vehicles
- Ability to maintain accurate delivery records and logs
- Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Proven ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and reach high shelves
- Familiarity with metropolitan area navigation using maps or GPS
- Valid Driver's License
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and maintaining storeroom inventory
- Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining store delivery truck according to safety checklists and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
