Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves up to eight feet with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds of merchandise
- able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record deliveries and pickups
- inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- picking up parts from vendors
- ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventoried
- consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during customer interactions
- building long-term relationships with delivery customers
- maintaining delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance such as tire pressure
- performing other duties as needed
