Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of merchandise
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- Inspecting and protecting company assets including vehicles and merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Driving throughout metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Basic inventory management skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked
- Maintaining and checking inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining the delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists and performing basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
