Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using ladder or stool
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Experience in maintaining inventory accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow maps and directions throughout metropolitan areas
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to maintain delivery logs accurately
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and use ladders or stools as needed
- Familiarity with local metropolitan area driving routes
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stockroom inventory is accurate
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
