Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand, walk for entire work shift, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Able to handle cash charge transactions and parts returns correctly
- Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Able to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver's License
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience in delivery or driving roles a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain vehicle
- Ability to use maps and directions for delivery routes
- Basic cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stockroom parts are accurately stocked and inventory maintained
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Maintaining store delivery truck through safety checklists, cleanliness, and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
