Job Requirements
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Handle cash and core/part returns correctly
- Maintain distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to engage effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to operate maps and GPS for route navigation
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships with customers
- Pick up parts from vendors
- Ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
- Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serve as a NAPA brand ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
- Build long-term relationships with the customers you deliver to
- Maintain store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic maintenance such as correct tire pressure
- Perform other duties as needed
